i have a program named GIMP and it act just like photoshop. can you tell me what to do to change these gradients?

I'll say this from Photoshop knowledge, you right click a wand tool and change it to a magic wand, select a colored region on your picture, and there will be an outline around the color, go to the paintbucket, right click, change to gradient tool, pick two colors, draw a line inside the outline and those two colors will be within the dotted line and blend together from where you frew the line and how long it is.
